Jackdaw wins at the Transform Awards Europe 2020

Another big night for the Jackdaw Design team and Urban Cordial.

 
At Transform Awards Europe 2020 this week we were thrilled to pick up a GOLD for Best Visual Identity from the Food and Beverage Sector, and a GOLD for Best Use of a Visual Property for our rebranding work for Urban Cordial.

 
The Transform Awards, now in its 11th year, recognises outstanding design which has had a tangible and measurable impact on the success of a business. The awards celebrate what’s possible when design and business come together in a true partnership and provide powerful evidence that design thinking combined with business acuity can bring about business transformation.

 
The soft drinks sector is crowded and competitive, and big brands dominate the premium end. So to ensure our success in this category, Urban Cordial’s visual identity really had to stand out from its competitors.

 
The judges recognised the huge success of the rebrand, which has enabled Urban Cordial to take back their spot in Selfridges and to gain listings in John Lewis, Eat 17, The Conran Shop and Bill’s Restaurants. One judge said, “The products look fantastic on the shelf and really push home their difference in the sector”.
